  1. W8D4 fail. Made it 27 mins and that was all i had in me. Also dealing with devil today.

  4. Great job jschafer! I was supposed to do W8D2 today, but I was still too stiff and sote from last run.

  10. W6D3. Calves were killing me until about 15 minutes into run. Then I couldnt feel them. Got in the zone for a few mins.
  11. Had some motivation problems today. Felt like some stress relief though so I got out there and did W6D2. Boy hardest part is getting out there but once you get started you are happy you did.

  14. Way to go breezee! Im supposed to do W6D1 today but didnt feel like it this morning. Now its gonna be hot out.
  15. I would use a chronograph/stopwatch. Start at 30 secs then go 45 then 60.
  16. W5D3 done. Ran slow but finished. Didnt think i could do it. Next 2 runs are easier. Not sure if i can skip those and do the 22 minute run next or not.
