  1. Hey cold been tea..never heard of it. I stick to my kcup coffee all day like 7 or 8 cups. Oatmeal is one of my favorites with toast. I like Quaker Oats. I'm thinking of running again tomorrow morning if I'm not too sore. That would be too days in a row so I am breaking the rules! Lol
  2. I drink my coffee black too. Congrats on your progress. I never do any stretching. I'm bad. Kudos on the oatmeal. I usually have a nutrisystem breakfast.
  3. Anything u do pregame running? I usually have coffee and a snack and afterwards fill up on water.
  4. Going to try again at two days in a row. 20 min run block tomorrow.
  5. Glad you are enjoying your runs. Its a great feeling is'nt it? I just finished W5D2. I skipped a week. I started enjoying my runs about the same time as you. Have fun!
  6. Skipped from W4D1 to W5D2. Did an extra 3 minutes jogging at the end. Next is the big 20 minute run. I'm excited to try it. Might try it tomorrow.

  12. Looks like its the same on the other app but why would you go from 8 to 20 minute runs then back to two 10s?
  13. Yeah I checked and C25k is all out of order. I'm switching to "Run Double" for awhile.
