  2. You can do this! I started the app Mid January, finished March 16th. When I started I was 230# and finished at 215. I personally did the program 6 days a week until week 7 when I went back to three days a week. I have friends that have repeated weeks when they felt they weren't ready to MoveOn.     Anyone with a nutribullet?

    Vitamix here. Had several Nutribullets and they either broke or did not blend well. Figured no reason to waste money on another one and have not looked back. I do a green smoothie in the morning pretty much every morning.
