Has anyone heard of this diet where you only have 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner). Exercising is optional, but if exercise is incoporated, then more weight is going to be lost.
I started today as well and did the full 30. You can do it. The thing that keeps me going is if I have music in my ear. Apps like songza or Pandora are helpful. See if you can find a station with upbeat tunes or just type in workout and see what you find. I hope this helps.
