Good morning from the south !! In a previous life I ran five days a week and was able to drop about 30 lbs doing so.I'm currently in the high end of my recommended weight range and would like to get back down a bit. Thanks for having me
Started week 6 finished day 1 today. I'm actually starting to think I could be starting to like running! It's such a great feeling to finish each new session. When I started I couldn't jog 30 seconds. Finding these forums very motivating and getting lots of tips.
Do you get hives when you run? Look up exercise-induced Urticaria or Exercise-induced Allergy.
Keep a food journal and see if certain foods make the itchiness worse (or if there are foods that don't trigger itchiness).
