  1. Hello fitfam, im Debb, after being declared deceased twice because of complications related to being obese, I started to watch what I eat, and workout 2 years ago. I did insanity, and then fell in love with Zumba, and now that ive lost quite a but of weight, I now teach zumba! But I still need to lose some weight and tone up areas. Hoping joining this app will keep me motivated and push through. Hope to make some friends on here

  2. I'm back to walking 30 minutes at my full brisk walk speed on the treadmill and my knees feel great. The ribs are tender but I bet I can run. Going to ask my physical Therapist for permission when I see him in 2 hours. Going to request he let me run 3, walk 5 for the next week and re-evaluate. If knees are good I want to get back to retraining for 5k. I can still make my March race if the ribs will accept it.

    Hey Amy. I just did W5 D3 tonight. I too was terrified but was amazed that when I relaxed into it a bit I just seemed to keep going. Good luck you can do it!!
