    Day 2

    Ok- so I've let myself go and am embrasssed about my body. My big problem is not just sitting on the couch but I eat tons of junk food! I constantly eat sweets- I need help! any suggestions?

    intro

    Hi all, am a new runner and just finished week 8. Can't quite make 5k with my little legs but doing the full 30 mins. Very happy as I've never been a runner and used to find it quite boring. Lol.. I am wanting to find a nutrition plan now. Any ideas where i look?? I also have pain in my left leg which puts me off but i just alternate days of running and walking to give my leg a break. :-)

    Have not been running for some time. Finally decided it is time to get back in shape. Hopefully the winter weather doesn't make it a bad time to start.

    running routine & how much protein?

    Hi Lisa its awesome that you have started. I already completed the C25k app and done my first 5k with my husband(a triathelete :-p). I used to hate running but now I love it. I always wake up at 4:15am and do my route every other day during the week.

    On W2 - New to Running

    Hi all, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jasmine, I'm 26 and a single mommy trying to get my pre baby body back! I just finished my first day of week 2, I just joined a gym so I can still get out and workout when it's cold (no excuses!), and I am planning on signing up for my first 5k on December 14. I'm sure I won't be running the whole thing but would still like to finish one.

    starting again

    I haven't run in over a year. Trying to get back into jt. Signed up for a 5k in January and did day 1 today. Excited and nervous.
