  1. I love Asics, Avia and New Balance shoes. I find that they are the most comfortable. I use different styles for running, aerobics etc.

  2. I never look at the C25k app before I get out on the trail. Had I looked at it last saturday, I'd have never gotten up and ran. Week 4, day 1...run for 5 minutes straight, not once but twice? If you'd told me 4 weeks ago that I'd do that I'd have laughed you out of town. But I did it. 3 times this week (and actually 2 of those days were in the Florida summer humidity!)(lots of water and a couple Salt Tabs). Yesterday I marked the halfway point of the C25K program, finishing week 4. Monday starts Week 5. Can't wait to conquer the next milestone!

  5. hey! I just finished day one of the C25k. very hard but I'm a plus size girl weighing a bit more than all of y'all. but I'm getting married in March and I don't want to look like this anymore. I don't care about being a size 2. I just want to be able to play games and ride roller coasters my kids someday. good luck everyone and I look forward to tomorrow!

    Eureka! I have discovered the answer!!! At the end of the work out it will prompt you to post it on social media, look closely and you'll notice next to the Facebook and Twitter icons that there is also a icon for my fitness pal, just select that one (doesn't require sharing on social media) and it will automatically log in the breakdown of your excercise. If your still having problems go to help section in myfitnesspal. Hope this helps! Good luck to everyone with their training and excercise goals.
