Lisal1143
i am about to turn 54 (ugh! I said it out loud) and have already lost 85 lbs but have 50 more to go. A close friend has recommended this several times, she uses it religiously and has lost almost 30 lbs, but she has been doing it for several years off and on. I will admit to being terrified. Open to suggestions. Have really bad hips and want to avoid injury. Thank you in advance. Yatesy35
Cherylseptember
I am 44 and had never run before this program. I have seen people of all ages posting here. I don't believe 54 is too old, if there is such a thing. Just be consistent and don't give up. I hope to see you posting results soon! Dmmd
I'm 62 and I never thought I could do this. I'm overweight and need a knee replacement. I'm on Week 3, day 2. Three minutes was hard but I did it. You will amaze yourself!! Good luck!
Jallen37
Hi All, at almost 55 ready to finally get fit and healthy! Gained a lot of weight over the years and 2 months ago had gastric bypass surgery to help me lose it. Now that I've completed that step, it's time to get more active to continue the weight loss. I'm currently down 40 pounds so I feel like I'm ready ! Here goes nothing!!!!
liev
Hi all, I'll be 69 this November and I'm in week 5. I was really scared to do this and so far it's going well. Each week I get scared and each week I manage to do it. Although running 20 minutes the 3rd day of week 5 has me terrified....

Gloria1016
I'm 54 and on week 3, you can do it! Never let anyone tell you that you're too old for anything! Try to be more positive, that's half of the battle, "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're probably right"

livenlift
I don't think anyone is too old to start doing anything, may it be a new hobby or a fitness journey. Best of luck with your goals!
