  1. Hi I'm a newbie to the forum.I live in New Zealand and am abt to tackle the 10km programme.Live around a farming district so all runs are off-road and hills. I am 63 but don't let age enter the equation as long as I enjoy the run. The 5km I loved and looked forward to each new run. I'm hoping it'll be the same with the 10km. Good to see so much support here.
  2. Just a question as I couldn't find instructions but is there a rest day between days of running as I ran from week 3 to 9. Also recommendations for the days in between.Please.
  3. I have just completed the 9 week schedule. I am 63 and though I have usually always worked out have enjoyed so far the 5k program.
