I have thicker muscly thighs and now they are somewhat fatter and have some cellulite added to the mix :/.. And I would like to slim them down. Is longer, slower running going to help slim them down? Also doing a mix of walking and jogging. Let me know, thanks!

Quick tip- if you don't work out hard everyday then the size of your muscles will decrease. Also Barre workouts help strengthen and stretch the muscles! Found it super helpful for slimming down my muscular thighs!

How do I make my stomach get skinnier

Here is bitter truth (I am struggling with it every day): Less eat, more workout.

There is no other way. Most pills are scum, unless you are believer.

Special exercises can help, but only if you can stick with the main mantra above...

Ugh, story of my life here. Used to be a ballet dancer and now getting back to health from letting myself go after getting married and having two kids.

First thing to remember is some people, like me, will alway have thicker muscular thighs. Grasshopper legs, if you will. Second thing to remember is stretch, elongate the muscles, and less weight more reps. This will prevent the muscles from bulking up and keep them lean and tone.

I worry about this too. Mostly for my calves. I'm nervous working them out in fear that they will get bigger with muscle. What's the best way to slim down these area's without bulking them?

I lost 17kgs in 3 months. Losing weight is very tough task. While taking supplements(1), you must be in strict diet. Need to stop sugar and carbohydrates completely.

Been trying many methods of burning fat, i realized not everyone can go into vigorous jogging or running to burn their fat, but medical is another alternative for burning fat, i have been on pills for the past two weeks which i found very effective, on this page LOSE WEIGHT it help a lot.
