So, I made it through day one of week 9 today...it felt like a huge jump from week 8....I was really feeling the sluggishness and weakness in my legs today. I haven't done 40 solid minutes of running in a long time. Is this typically a rough week/jump?

I was just about to make a post about week 9. I just did week 9 day 3 yesterday and it was just as hard as day 1 of week 9. In the first 8 weeks, I found for me that by day 3 it was easier for me to do, but week 9 has been really challenging for me! I think I might repeat week 9 and hopefully it goes better this time!
