  1. So, I made it through day one of week 9 today...it felt like a huge jump from week 8....I was really feeling the sluggishness and weakness in my legs today. I haven't done 40 solid minutes of running in a long time. Is this typically a rough week/jump?
  2. So far so good. I am not in very good shape but have made it this far. Week 3 day 1 tomorrow...it still seems like a chore to make the time to run...when does it change and become a joy?

  4. I am getting ready to start week 2, training to finish 6 miles in a marathon relay in April. I haven't run anything more than a mile since back surgery six or so years ago. Looking for motivation to stay with it! I'm planning on wk2d1 tomorrow.
