WELCOME!   Don't you love it???    

 

You will do great.....   Lots of apps to get and have so much fun with...   

 

I broke my foot a few weeks ago and I have dropped foot syndrome, uggghhh,  I see the DR tomorrow to see.

 

I was sad  but I CAN do all upper body workouts, oh yeah!! YEs I can!!!  

 

WE can do anything we set our minds too!!!

Good job, it can seem pretty challenging but at each week your body gets a bit fitter and you can go just a bit longer. I'm on week 12 of the 10K app and I can run continuously for over an hour. I'm not quite at where I want to be weight wise but I imagine that it come as I continue to focus on what I eat.
