amysnow76
I am in week 5. I can't jog for 5 minutes. Do I keep going? Stop and go back? Thoughts?

amysnow76
Is it normal to have to repeat days? Axegrinder72
mjw
There is nothing wrong with repeating days. It sure beats giving up! Every day you get out and try your best makes you stronger and gets you closer to your goal.
rsvAndy
Just try to run as slow as you can ;-) If you can run slower - you MUST run slower ;-)
Ysseile
Totally normal to repeat days. If I was following the official schedule, I should be halfway into my 10k training. Instead I'm on week 7 on the C25K. I repeated until I felt comfortable with that week and then I moved on.

Axegrinder72
Just remember, no matter what, you've gone faster and further than everyone that's still on the couch. AmandaZ and cpwmsw
Janviv
I graduated C25K today, it has taken 4 months, I still have loads of room for improvement, but you do it at your own pace, bear in mind when it comes down to it you put the app on your phone & you are out there doing it, we'll done. Repeat as often as needed, rest & recover frequently. Come back to this forum to celebrate your successes & we will support you if it gets difficult. JenC
I almost gave up this past week (week 4) with the 5 min runs. But I've pushed through. I've only been able to get in one 5 min run each day for the first 2 days this week but that's better than nothing, right? Guess I'll have to do some repeating too. :-/
Guest TrishE
Youre absolutely right. It is better nothing. Even a bad run is better than no run at all. Just keep your head up and keep trying
