  1. So...I'm at least 80lbs overweight. I've been on a diet since I was 11 when my grandma took me to weight watchers. I have been to the gym, had personal trainers, etc. But none of it has been as motivating or addictive as this C25K app. Every day that I complete, I'm so proud of myself. When I feel like I can't go on, I remind myself that running is 99.9% mental. Today I finished week 3, day 1. I was stoked I was able to finish it, even though it was hard, I did it! I'm going to just take 1 day at a time, and keep going. That's all I can do. Good luck on your journey too!
  2. I'm starting week 3 tomorrow. I'm nervous about the 3 minutes but I remember not being able to do week 1 very well and I did it. Do you take rest days? If so, how long in between? I would like to run 3 days, off 1 day, etc. Does that sound normal?
