Wprdtoyourmother
I'm a newbie, Week 1 Day 2. Is it possible to download music into this program? The one song that's included leaves much to be desired! I run the android music app in the background when I use the app. I couldn't run without music. My ADD starts to kick in and I'm all over the place. You can also use Pandora or iHeart or whatever big music app you have. Keep running!!! KellyAnn
Â I definitely run with an app in the background. Spotify is a good one too.

Javacrab
Hi, I'm new to this, just signed up and am looking at the app and see the scheduled are day 1, day 2 and day 3 of each week, what's happening with the other four days? Should I just go back to the couch?...
Shawna
Well, I got through day one today! I'm 40--almost 41--and trying this out for my physical and mental health. I've never been a person who likes to exercise, but I'd love to be that kind of person. Still, I want to do this for my well-being, so I'm giving it a shot. I like the way it's broken up; that makes it seem less daunting. Here's hoping I'll make day two!

Lagermom
Interested in moving from walking 5Ks to really being able to run all the way through, so I downloaded this app to get me going.  I tried Day 1 today, and I am now wondering where the PRE-C25K is??? Crashed and burned only halfway through - everything was in pain. I do some other activities too (not a LOT, but some), so am not completely sedentary or anything, but have never run at all, and a minute or jogging at a time and that many minutes of jogging at once is WAY too much for me.  Not sure what do to at this point? KellyAnn
Hi There LagerMom, Â Do not be so hard on yourself, Walk it if you have to and repeat days if you have to . It is hard to run, period, just slow down and repeat. you will be thrilled in just a few days. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! Proud of you!

Shelby Hopkins
I just completed the first workout and while I was doing the workout it told me the distance I had gone and calories I had burned but now I cannot find that information? Where can I find that now so I can log it into my fitness pal?

Now let's see if I can do this two more times this week! Â I'll know tomorrow...I have delayed pain response with Fibromyalgia... So this time tomorrow I'll be moving good or in the fetal position!
