  1. I think you just start the day again. It will ask you if you want to reset.
  2. Ran W9D1 today and was shocked as anything to complete it! Thanks for the guidance. It just seemed like a big jump from one week to the next.
  3. W9D1 today and I completed it! It read like it was a lot longer, but as it turned out, I did it!
  4. Completed C25k last week and couldn't be more proud! I'm a bit nervous to run without voice prompts so I downloaded the 10k app. Question is, do I just start with week 9 or should I put some time between the two programs? If time between is the answer, how much time? My last run was 3.07 miles without stopping and that took me 40 minutes. Thanks in advance for any insight!
  5. Congratulations to you on your decision to make a change!
  6. Today I finished c25k! I did it in the prescribed eight-week regimen laid out in the app. I knew going into it I was going to have to repeat weeks maybe several times to finish. But you know what, I didn't. I didn't repeat a single day. I cannot believe it! I still need to work on my pace, I'm at 14 minutes a mile but I'm doing it! My 5K isn't until November so I have time to improve. I'm sticking with it. I'm a runner!
  7. W8D2 in the books. One day to go to complete the program! Woo hoo!
  8. Congratulations on your decision to put yourself first! That's been my motivation for completing this program and I'm better for it. Tomorrow is W8D2 and I'm shocked I made it this far because I've NEVER been able to run until now. It really works, so don't give up on yourself this time.
  9. I need help with this too. I'm on W8D2 and can run the time, but my distance is short. 28 minutes of running and I traverse just a little north of 2 miles.
  10. W7D3 done. Where did the time go? I still need to work on my distance. I'm behind on that front, but it's very hilly where I run. I need to stretch myself on a flat piece of land and see how it goes. Better distance I hope.
  11. I run MWF only and it's working out for me.
  12. W7D22 done. My pace was slower today, but it was raining. First day running with real running shoes! I went to Performance Footwear and was fitted properly. They felt great!
  13. W7D1 in my rearview mirror! I was only able to jog a little more than 2 miles, but I ran the entire 25 minutes. I'm exhausted! I think I may have too many hills where I'm jogging.
  14. Good for you! I started this app 7 weeks ago and am thrilled with the progress. It has been a gentle increase in expectations setting me up for success. Congratulations to you on your decision to do it!
  15. You can do this! I'm about to start W7D1 Monday, and if you would have told me that 2 months ago I would have told you you were crazy. I'm living proof it can be done by anyone! I've never been a runner until now. Stick with it, you might find a new love!
  16. W6D3 in the books! Found myself, for the first time, begging for the tone releasing me from jogging. I was tired, but I held on and DID IT!! Unbelievable that I am doing this...blows my mind! I am a runner. I really am, and it feels great!
  17. Thank you torus. I Like the MapMyRun distance much better because it came in a little north od 2 miles!
  18. Just completed W6D2 and I ran when I was told and walked when I was told which is good. Unfortunately, I still don't have the distance. My 5k isn't until November, but I worry about my speed and wonder if I'll ever finish a 5k in 40 minutes? Additionally map my run and runkeeper apps record greater distance than c25k. Any ideas what's going on?

  20. I don't believe it can be adjusted. Try the regimen first. You might just surprise yourself. I know I was pleasantly surprised!
  21. I'm also starting as a new Runner. I'm super excited about the opportunities this new lifestyle will bring. My motivation is about putting me first. I needed my alone time, time for just me. I think I'm more excited about having me time than i am about the benefits of running! We can do this!
