Hello everyone, I started running again after a 5 year break (2 kids and a black lab). I'm in the middle of week 2 and really enjoy running beyond just the physical fitness benefits. Mentally, it seems to provide a level satisfaction I don't recall before (in the past I viewed running as means to an end). My long term goal is to run a 5k in under 21 minutes. I think the forum here is full of positive, supportive people that I can learn from and hopefully give back.
