    Week 4

I did W4/D1 last night and it murdered me, almost. I was very nervous starting this week since it's a huge jump from week 3 to 4 and the last 5 minute jogging stretch had me mentally beat that I was very tempted to stop jogging and walk for a bit. However, I pushed myself and did it!! I actually did it! Felt great finishing!! My legs were super sore afterwards but with a good stretch I was good to go. I'm training to jog my first 10k and this app has been an amazing tool! It's true what people say, it's all mental. Pacing myself has also helped tremendously! Although my pace isn't great I am seeing an improvement each week and that's a huge motivator! Nervous about the upcoming weeks but I'm excited!

    Just Beginning

I had baby #4 eight months ago. I was the heaviest I had ever been and now I am even heavier. I need to get back on the road running and today was day #1. I did the whole 30 minute workout and feel good. Starting is always the hardest. I can always find something other than exercise to occupy my time with. Today marked the beginning of a new mom.

    Double runs

Ezzo, your double runs are quite spectacular... I think you are actually running 10K week 3 May be, if you want to scale down, you can try to do 4x12min runs or 3x15min run?

  4. This is 14 weeks Half Marathon training for beginners. The 10K program has option start from beginners or continue for C25K graduates . I guess you can skip few first weeks.

    Week 5 day 3....done!

I'm now week 9 day 3 and still surprising myself every time. Now at a distance of around 7.5km in around 45mins including warm up. and seeing my pace improve all the time. Once you've pushed past the barriers to get to the 5k everything seems a bit easier... For now anyway, I'm sure that will change in the coming weeks.keep going everyone
