    reset to beginning.

    so, at 58 I decided that I want to do a 5k by the time I'm 60. I figure that gives me 18 months to train. I just completed week 1 day 3, and although mentally I was jumping for joy, physically, I could barely plod for one minute. But instead of giving up, I'm going to redo week one. How do I reset the app?

    Run, Fat Boy, Run

    I'm 43. I started running in 2012 to do a 15k. I was in a head on collision and they wouldn't let me run with a cast. Since then I've had back surgery. I am going to give it another go. I too am far closer to 300 lbs than is like to admit. I also like beer. I am starting Monday. I just feel better starting on a new week. Not to mention I'm getting shoes Sunday. Good luck big guy!!!
