  1. so, at 58 I decided that I want to do a 5k by the time I'm 60. I figure that gives me 18 months to train. I just completed week 1 day 3, and although mentally I was jumping for joy, physically, I could barely plod for one minute. But instead of giving up, I'm going to redo week one. How do I reset the app?
