  1. Just finished week 1 day 1. I'm 288 lbs, so I honestly wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it, but miraculously I finished day one without having to stop during the jogging cycles. It does hurt, but at least I know I've got a shot.

  3. Thanks for answering that Ariel, Yes, just press on that day and it will check it off. MFP syncing. Go to MFP, go to settings, click on apps & Settings and you should see where you can sync the 5k app with MFP. Hope this helps! Happy Running!

  4. Hmmm. Then it is with MFP then??? Can you manually add your workout in so you don't lose them and they get logged??? I did that myself.
