Welcome here. Thanks for joining us. I always notice people that first start out running have this issue. Most of us dont breathe deepely enough in our everyday lives. Now, practice breathing ad deep ad you can through your chest. Hold it, release. Practice this a few times a day. We seriously dont fill our lungs capacity when we breathe. So when we run for the first time, our lungs burn. It is normal
It will get better with time and not. Look online for some breathing exercises and i am sure there is an app for that. Keep us posted. Good luck.
