    I've found it...

    Yes I've found a figure underneath all that fat I had Haha.. Never again though so I chose to be active and fit for the rest of my life. I'm so happy to run that I did the first day exercise and when it was done I was wanting more, that's a great thing. Thank you for this app. I am determined to run a 5k for diabetes after this. I also hope to meet some great ppl via this forum along the way. Have a great day everyone :-)

    Hi Kathy, First, Welcome here. You are doing great so far. I have no idea how that happened. I would def talk to DR about that, it sounds like that hurts. What I would do is, if it hurts to run, then walk , walk, walk. Walk until you are ready to run.. THis is not a race. I am so proud of you! Let me know if there is anything I can help you with. HUGS!

    I am not sure this will help but have you tried wrapping your knees with a ace bandaid? I hope this helps. Use it while exercising for support. Keep it up.
