Hi Marissa,

 

If you start out with the c25k app, I , myself think it is easy, but I am really active as it is. But if you are brand new , as it is why it is called Couch to a 5k, it might not be so easy, but it is definitely not that hard. It will train you to get stronger and stronger. You can do it. Do it with us. Good luck and keep us posted.
