Runninfrom30
So after much procrastination, I jumped up and told myself "go out and start now". I don't regret it but boy oh boy am I in pain. My ankles hurt so badly while running and when i completed the shins and ankles were in sheer agony. I'm not gonna stop but someone please tell me it gets better

Consistently
Well done for getting up, but it sounds like you could benefit from 10 mins of stretching before you set off!

Does anyone know how to see how many miles you ran or calories you lost while doing this? Thx☺️

torus_ot
Smiley, you need second app for that - MapMyRun or similar... I read that paid version of the C25K can show steps and calories too.
Kateliterally
On the sore legs, maybe invest in some slightly more supportive shoes? Not like super pricey ones, but chain stores often do cheap ones. If that's out of your price range, try ice and heat! Even just heat will relax your muscles a bit.
