Olivia11
Hello all, I just completed day 1! Yay! I tried to do it yesterday but only made it halfway. Should I have rested a day even if I don't complete the day? I was walking 5 miles a day before starting this and plan on continuing that on my rest days but am new to running and want to do this the right way! Thanks for any advice! torus_ot
Olivia11, If you were walking 5 miles per day you can complete this program! Yes, keep walking in between days, add some stretching and core routines. It is OK to repeat day or week or whole program ( I am thinking to redo whole program but faster and bigger incline). Rosieposey9724
I just started the program again and I am determined to finish this time around. Just finished day 2 of week 1 and it is the first time I ran in the morning. I like the morning run better. For the in between days I have included in my plan to use Essentrics Full Body Toning DVD. Great stretch, lengthen and flexibility DVD.

FastEddy
Rather than random opinion or beluga, I look for facts. Articles in Peer-reviewed medical journals, such as New Engkand Jourbal if Meducune, Journal of the American Meducal Association and Lancet are my trusted sources, along with trustworthy websites like the NLM.NIH, Mayo Clinic and CDC.GOV are my sources. The only study I recall found no benefits from stretching. I conclude its a waste of time. OK I'm ready for the backlash but please, quote your source of EVIDENCE along with your opinion/belief
mcgold76
Early on recovery is so important. Really struggled at first going every other day. Then started resting two days for the next month and really started improving.
