Or take a break until it heals? KellyAnn Posted January 4, 2016 Report Share Posted January 4, 2016 Oh No Kitty, OUCH!!! You need to rest up that toe... Yikes.. Only workout when it does not hurt you! I broke my foot a few months ago, But I can ride my stationary bike and lift weights, yay!! So, if you can do that, do it! But rest is important! Hope it gets better!!! Good Luck to you!
