Missed running and then it seems like everybody is running so for me it was a sign to start running again. Believe me it was hard but I kept on pushing. So happy I did it!!!! The app says 3 days a week to run. I like 3-4 days and I will repeat the 3rd day in the app. Other days, i will crossfit, hike, bike, weight training is my favorite. When you first start out, run 3 days a week (try to spread them out, if you can, to give your muscles time to rebuild). You may increase the frequency once your body starts getting used to running. As KellyAnn mentioned, you can also add in weight-lifting or other types of exercise to strengthen your muscles in other ways (helps prevent injury). Remember to take at least one rest day a week.
