Week 5 in the History Book

Finished week 5 this morning. I ran all twenty minutes without stopping even though I wanted to....used the street lights as mini goals ("I'll stop for a moment once I get past it"....then I reset the goal until I reached the cool down). My pace wasn't where I wanted it to be but it'll come, hopefully.


During the last month, I've been logging everything I eat and managing portion size which has helped me to lose 8 lbs; I don't like dieting so this has worked well for me.
