I ran all twenty minutes without stopping even though I wanted to....used the street lights as mini goals ("I'll stop for a moment once I get past it"....then I reset the goal until I reached the cool down). My pace wasn't where I wanted it to be but it'll come, hopefully. During the last month, I've been logging everything I eat and managing portion size which has helped me to lose 8 lbs; I don't like dieting so this has worked well for me. I've been not eating after 6 pm and doing my runs at night which has helped me lose about 8 lbs so far and I also just finished week 5. Very exciting. Congrats! Rob129 Posted October 21, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 21, 2015 I've started the 10k, yet. Once I wrap the 5k, I'll roll into it.
