I can wall on the treadmill at 3.5 for forty five minutes jist fine...but the running (even at short intervals) is somewhat scary...what if i cant run the full time? I will push myself. Looking to get healthier and in shape...looking to show my son what hard work and determination cant get you...looking forward to doing my first 1/2 marathon this year and feeling accomplished...
