kick starting

I'm starting c25k tomorrow on my brand new treadmill. Got it put together today and will start first thing in the morning. I'm going to do the program first time through walking steady then fast instead of jogging since I'm 80+ pounds over weight. Hoping by doing it once that way then do it again with jogging I will be able to do a 5k by my birthday in July.

Great Job!! First day done thats an awesome step. Dont worry you will be pleasantly surprised how quickly you start loving it. Just remember to be patient with yourself. The journey to being healthy is always on going it wont happen over night. No matter how fast or slow, youre always one step ahead of where you were when you werent exercising.

Day two down. Amazing how much this is really working me. It was slow getting this bad and will be slow getting myself back where I should be. Feels good to sweat because of doing something. I've decided I'm going to do this every other day instead of 3 times a week to make it harder for me to skip a day.

Sounds solid. Just be careful and dont push yourself too hard. Listen to your body.
