  1. The food is really good. You eat every 2-3 hours so you don't get hungry. You do have to buy a few groceries for "powerfuels" and "smartcarbs." These are nuts, peanut butter, wheat bread, meat, and fruit. You can eat as much veggies as you want. This ends up being about 1500 calories for men and 1200 calories for women. You are supposed to lose 1-2 pounds a week, however if you just eat what they send in the mail which is 1000 calories you will lose alot more.
