Just starting week 4 here. Just think about having fun running and that good feeling that comes with it. I like that feeling you have at first before you get muscle fatigue.

I think week five day 3 should be further ahead. It looks like a mistake.

I had thoughts of quitting yesterday and today but I told myself that running is fun and I made it out today. Big 5 minute runs next time.

Taking a day off to be safe.

Was doing good but today i had a chef salad, two pieces of pizza, and a piece of cake for supper.

Going to try again tomorrow and see if the pain is still there. I'm addicted. I need those endorphins every day.

Some pain in my left calf too. Looks like i will have to stick with every other day.

Well first consecutive day was a little shaky. Had some pain in left ankle but went away halfway through.

Hope i dont overtrain or get injured. I feel the need.

Great that you're getting your kid involved. I hope to do the same with mine. Trying to get my dad on the trail but not happening. Have fun!

Just finished W3D1. Easier than I thought it would be. Slow and steady.

I haven't run a 5k yet but right now it looks like it would take me an hour. Lol

I've been running for two weeks and go for about 1.6 miles.

I'm on Nutrisystem too so that helps. Lost 38 pounds since starting that.

Just finished week 2 and lost 6 pounds. 92 more to go to be at my goal weight of 170. So far I'm happy with the results. Running 30 minutes seems crazy at this point.

Do you get too sore or injured? I was thinking of trying it. Two days is too long to wait don't ya think?
