Hey there. You can do it take it slow so you don't hurt yourself. Walk if
need be. I am doing a 5k the first weekend in May. I'm also just getting back into running. My son and I want to run Boston marathon next year.

Wow this one was a tough one for me but powered through it. For all those struggling, just remember that you're lapping everyone on the couch. Keep it up and stay with it.
I just did week 3 day 1 last night. I pushed through and was surprised I did it. I do go slow. My first goal is to run the entire 5k. Next I will work on speed. I'm 56 and literally just got off the couch.
