yesterday I completed the 5k. I'm not a couch potato anymore I'm very happy for that.. my only regret is that I run for 30 mins but not for 5k, just for 3,4km. so I'm targeting 5k in my runtastic app. c25k is a fantastic app to leave the couch, anyway.
I just started this program and I noticed it's only 3 days per week. Is it run one rest one and weekends off? Also, do u guys do any other workouts in the days "off"?? Thank you!

Yes it is a "rest" day in between runs. I do walks, stretching, core and strength exercises in between. I take one day off per week (and life forces you to move this day around).

5 of the kids want me take them running tommorow, It wasn't in my original plans but what the heck!!
Next week I'm on to the 10K training
