After thinking of doing something about my health and weight, I have finally pushed myself to actually start!!
Today was a 1st for a couple of this. 1. Starting this program. I am on Week 1 Day 1. And the work out felt great! I can't not wait to do day 2!
The second step I made today was day 1 of no pop!! Pop is my biggest downfall! It's going to be tough but I know I can do it.
Usually I have a can of pepsi every night before bed. Now I have replaced that pepsi with my new work out plan! :-)
Here is to hoping I push through the tough days when I do not want to do the work out. I know I can push myself to do it.
