  2. Just got done ran for 15 minutes straight and 1.5 miles. I was surprised I ran as long as I did. But feeling discouraged 5 minutes longer just seems like so much.
  3. Just finished week 5 day 2. It has been going great. It had me run 3/4 mile and walk 1/2 did that twice. It was a hard workout. Took a look at my next day and it wasn't a me to run 2 miles without walking. That seems like a huge difference. I struggled with the 3/4 without stopping. Can someone help me out this doesn't seem right.
