    My new beginning

    Hi all, I'm 39 y.o. in BC. Spent way too much time weight training over the years and not enough attention to running and cardio. I'm focused on building up to a half marathon and then full marathon but starting with the C210k. Just finished day2 of wk 1 and loving it!!! I thought I would dread running and definitely feel it lol! Looking forward to this adventure!!

    Just started !!!

    Completed day 1 on tuesday !felt great! Wendesday , was aching, thursday couldn't walk properly (especially down stairs) but still managed to complete day 2 !! Aching almost gone now! Can't wait to do day 3 tomorrow!!!
