  1. I've been doing two days running 1 day off is that enough time for recovery? Just started w4 and felt it hard but it could've been the cold weather lol... If I were to transfer this to a treadmill is there anything I should do differently?
  2. Hi all, I'm 39 y.o. in BC. Spent way too much time weight training over the years and not enough attention to running and cardio. I'm focused on building up to a half marathon and then full marathon but starting with the C210k. Just finished day2 of wk 1 and loving it!!! I thought I would dread running and definitely feel it lol! Looking forward to this adventure!!
