    About to give this a try..

    I am a 25 year old woman who hasn't worked out in the past 7-8 years. I used to be part of the track team when I was in high school but that was almost 10 years ago, before the kids and well, you know, life haha. For some reason I feel a little scared about starting to run again but definitely looking forward to it and hopefully be able to run in different 5k events in the future.     running every day

    Hi guys. I've got a question. A week ago I finished the c25 program,and tried to start the c10,but I'm not ready So I'm going to ask: can I improve the number of training days in the week (for example 5 days) instead of improving the length of the training? Will it be useful?I'm going to run only because I need to lose weight,in fact thanks to this program I lost 8 kg in 2 months.

    Hey there. Congrats so far and welcome. I have definitely had that before and man that hurts. If you find it toooo painful, rest. Maybe do other workout? Lift weights instead???? Do a lot of stretching and soak in a tub with Epsom salt!!! Good luck. Proud of you b
