I am a 25 year old woman who hasn't worked out in the past 7-8 years. I used to be part of the track team when I was in high school but that was almost 10 years ago, before the kids and well, you know, life haha. For some reason I feel a little scared about starting to run again but definitely looking forward to it and hopefully be able to run in different 5k events in the future.
