    Have ALWAYS wanted to run...my son tried to help me with this when he was training for boot camp...unfortunately, he was killed in jan. And my goal is to make him proud...today will be my 1st restart day

  4. I would say do what you can walk if need be, don't beat yourself up if you can't do it. At least you are giving it a go. Maybe check with your doctor if you are worried!

    Hey guys!! I'm on week 3 of my journey! I'm 35 and have never been a runner however I walk 5ks all the time! All I can say is running brings it to a whole new level! Congrats to all of you on your journey! Can't wait to make it to the 10k!!

    Hi. I'm new old at this I guess. I haven't run in about 10 years so I'm starting over. I start week 3 today. I feel good about it I just wanted to say hi. I like to see others working so hard, I just had my second run buddy bail so it's comforting to know I'm not really the only one doing this. Let's keep it up your all so inspirational.
