    Oh man that was bad.....

    Hi all. My name is Siobhan Page so people call me spage. I do not normally write in forums but like someone else said if I write it down then hopefully it will keep me at it. I have titled this Oh man that was bad because it truly was. W1D1 was two days ago and I swore most of the way round. Everything hurt and I was panting so hard I thought I wasn't going to make it home. I feel ridiculous as 5 years ago I did not have a car and went everywhere on my bike. Up til a year ago I was ice skating two or three times a week, and not just a pootle but proper figure skating with jumps and spins. I then damaged the ligaments in my right knee and had to stop for a while. Well I just haven't been back. I recently changed jobs and became a desk bum working in a call center. All this has resulted in one very unfit person. Like they say 'If you don't use it, you loose it.' Well I lost it. I am going to get it back and I will get back on the ice. Like Mike says FIGHT! Today I did W1D2 and it was not so bad. I just have to get to the end of the programme, well the challenges lie ahead. WE CAN DO THIS!

    Love it Azatol. I have always put the fact I spend all my spare time being a mum and that "should" come first. But this year I decided if I continue on in this vein I'll be too unfit, fat or dead to be a mum. I am lucky because my husband is being very supportive but it was a mind set change on my part too. NO EXCUSES!!!

    Hi, just introducing myself! I'm from Down Under and just started C25K today! I'm 45 years old and my goal is to lose 30kg. I want to look and feel fab at 50 but most importantly, get healthier! If I did nothing and sat on that couch, where would I be hey? Wish me luck - I'm gonna need it lol!!

    Week 3 Day 1

    I just did Wk3D2 and that second set of 3 minutes about killed me! I refused to look at the time though and encouraged myself to keep going. Way to go on your first day of week 3! Keep it up.
