    Can't run 20 minutes

Ashley a mile is a mile no matter what pace you run it. That saying has helped me so much through this journey. I just completed wk5 day3 and I had so much anxiety over it. I was SLOW but I did it and that's all that matters!

    help?

Do you wear arch supports? If you haven't already, you may consider going to a running shoe store and have your running style/feet/gait/etc evaluated (it's free most places) to see what kind of shoe (and possibly custom inserts) would be best for you. Proper stretching after every run is also important, as mentioned above. Listen to your body. If you experience sharp pain, stop and get it checked out by a dr. If it's simply muscle soreness, stretching and staying properly hydrated are your best allies.

    Advice on sports bras?

Look up Glamorise double layer custom control sports bra on amazon. I have this sports bra and it is awesome. I am a 40DDD and it provides amazing support.

    Advice on sports bras?

Love the Natori 'Yogi' Convertible Bra. I bought it at Nordstroms and it is a bit pricey. I waited for them to go on sale, usually $20 off the original price. Amazing! And I wear a large size.

  7. Luckily I'm controlled by diet and Metformin. (I'm what used to be considered a "borderline" diabetic, good sugars but a mildly elevated A1C.) As for picky eaters - I have a 3 year old who prefers as many carbs as possible, and a husband who feels the same way. Neither cares for veggies or fruit. Thank god my 19-month-old is a walking trash compactor and eats everything. Never seen a kid eat meatloaf as fast as my son does! I love stir-fry, crock pots, even my old George Foreman grill. Meat roll-ups, romaine leaves instead of taco shells, I've even found a super low-carb tortilla for fajitas and quesadillas. Beef, black bean soup, chili, pulled pork or chicken all make it on my favorites list. I'm rapidly approaching the "two choices" method for dinner - take it or leave it, I'm tired of making everyone a separate dinner because they don't want what I cooked. I never think of hard-cooked eggs, thanks for the reminder! I used to make chicken salad, egg salad, and tuna salad in 50-pound batches for work, that should all be OK on top of mixed greens or as vegetable dips, right? Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it Kelly!
