Hi Cait, Welcome on here. We are all here for you, cheering you on. Have you downloaded the C25k app? That is where you want to begin. I am on Week 4, Day1 tomorrow on the 10k app. I love it.
So, my advice to you is, workout how you want to , if you walk, fine, run, fine, we are all different. Get great shoes, there is a topic on the General Chat forum. etc.. Nosy around and read tips.
