Hi all! My name is Stacia. I'm about three weeks in to the C25k program, and I know I need some support to help me push forward. My goal is to run in the Turkey Trot in my town on Thanksgiving Day. It's actually a four mile run, but I'm using the C25k to help me build up to that. Running has always been difficult for me. I've never run more than about 1 mile without stopping before. I am really looking forward to increasing that distance, though. I WILL become a runner. Here goes!
