    Over 40 & beginning to workout

    I'm 45 and have been up and down with my weight & fitness all my life. Determined to lose weight, be in better health, and running 5k by my birthday end of November. We got this ladies, 40 is the new 30!

    Breathing issues

    I used to start with listening music while running, and singing along. You'll just forget about the breathing and it will get easier.
