  1. I've found doing an extra day 3 just to check you can actually finish a week has helped. I've had to repeat quite a few weeks but have found second time around I have done them better.
  2. I've joined parkrun and next weekend will be my first proper 5K. The app has been great but I'm still nervous!
  3. Runkeeper works well for me. Just remember to stop the activity for accurate results!
  4. Hi from me! 41 and about to start week 3. If anyone would have said that after 2 weeks I'd manage 30 mins of exercise and 4K I'd have laughed!
